IMEs are performed by our NYS Workers Comp Board Authorized Independent Medical Examiners within their Board Certified Specialties. Our physicians are committed to providing timely, accurate and objective medical evaluations. AdvoCase is committed to the highest possible standard of excellence.
Medical �Direction�
Stumped? Don't know where to go? Need some medical direction but not a full file review? Want to save some money? Send up to an inch of medical records for a timely review by one of our Physicians and for a very reasonable fee we'll "point the way". This is a quick, cost effective way to get medical direction. This is not an IME as there is no direct contact with the claimant
Physician File Review
For medically complex cases, this is an extensive review of all medical records by our NYS Workers Compensation Board Authorized Physicians. There is no direct contact with the claimant with this service. The Claims Specialist can send along a list of issues, concerns and/or questions to be addressed. The Physician File Review Report is an in-depth, thorough and comprehensive snap-shot of past and current conditions complete with treatment suggestions. We are forensic specialists and can assist in preparing the claim for hearing or trial. No file too big!
